These terms apply to purchases made directly on this site (Moon prints). Star maps bought on our Etsy shop are governed by Etsy's terms and by the policies on our Etsy shop page.
We sell printable digital files, personalised from the information you enter (date, optional time, country, names, text). No physical item is shipped.
The Moon shown is calculated from astronomical data and rendered from maps published by NASA (Scientific Visualization Studio). A date close to a new moon gives an almost entirely dark Moon: this is accurate and we never alter it. The preview shown before purchase is what you receive, without the watermark.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on the product page at the time of your order. Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider; we never have access to your card details. Your order is final once payment is confirmed.
Your file is available immediately after payment, on your order page, in the print size of your choice. The link to that page lets you download it again later. Stripe emails you a receipt.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged losing that right (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 13°). Before paying, you tick a box by which you ask to receive your file immediately and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. As the file is also personalised to your specifications, article L221-28, 3° applies as well.
If your file does not match the preview, does not download, or contains an error on our part, email astrovenuspro@gmail.com with your order link. We will fix the file or refund you. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following).
You may print your file as many times as you like for personal use, including as a gift. Reselling it or distributing it commercially is not allowed.
The information you enter is used only to create your file. Payment and your email address are handled by Stripe. Details are on our privacy page.

These terms are governed by French law. The French version of these terms prevails in case of any difference with this translation (version française).
